中心管理与领导培训

AMC扮演顾问角色,不仅与客户一同制定新策略,若有需要也可参与实际运营。利用我们的最佳练习范例,不仅可以培训您的讲师如何进行模拟培训,也可以培训幕后工作人员,如行政人员、管理、中心领导等。AMC提供各种不同的课程,都可称为“培训管理阶层课程”(TTM),并具有以下共同点:

  • 提供针对不同水平的专业知识与经验的课程。
  • 课程包含管理和行政常面临的挑战。
  • TTM课程可以着重于特殊挑战:例如,如何从原位模拟开始。
  • 课程期间最短由两日起算
  • 为确保高质量的培训,每个小组的人数不超过7人
  • 可在您的中心或在与AMC 的合作中心里完成课程
  • 将以英语进行课程(若须以其他语言进行,请与我们联系):学员需要能够参与讨论
  • 费用并不包含学员的旅费及晚餐

amc sim-centers trainers are consultants who not just work out new strategies with their customers but also – if requested – follow up their implementations. Take advantage and use (parts of) our best practice models. Not just your trainers can be trained in how to do trainings – also the people working behind the curtains: administrators, program directors and managers. amc sim-centers offers a variety of different courses, all of them are called Train The Management courses (TTM) and have the following in common:

  • Courses are offered for different levels of expertise and experience.
  • Courses will include typical challenges  management and administration usually face.
  • TTM-courses can focus on special challenges: for example how to start with INHOUSE-Trainings.
  • Minimum course duration is two days
  • Maximum number of participants per group should not exceed 7 to ensure high quality of training.
  • Courses can be done in your center or a partner center of medsimgroup.
  • Course language will be English (for other languages please ask): participants need to be able to take part in conversations.
  • Travel expenses and dinner of the participants not included
  • Course fees incuding lunches, soft drinks and coffee during the day.

You can enter the line whenever you want and exit whenever you want. amc sim-centers shares the expertise with other sim centers by training commonly (worldwide) used practices which serve as a general model and by providing the necessary material needed for using these practices.

By adding existing material other centers use the end result may be a customized manual for your sim center adressing fundamental issues to efficiently operate a Center.
